Data Processing Success Associate
As a key member of the TreviPay Data Administration team, the Data Processing Associate plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate data entry of electronic invoices across multiple programs at TreviPay. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly repetitive environment, is driven by precision, and can consistently deliver high-quality results under strict performance standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates a "quality over quantity" mindset while meeting demanding SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SLS (Service Level Standard) expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and manually key a high volume of electronic invoices with exceptional accuracy, maintaining a low error rate per program.
- Follow standardized processes with discipline and consistency to ensure data integrity and security.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including program-specific SLA and SLS requirements.
- Maintain a strong quality-focused approach, prioritizing accuracy even in repetitive, high-volume workflows.
- Effectively multitask across programs and platforms, managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Embrace change with a positive attitude, contributing to process improvement efforts and team adaptability.
- Demonstrate initiative by actively responding to questions and offering assistance where needed.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams to support seamless operations and enhance service delivery.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant customer support or operational experience, or a combination of education and experience suited to the role.
- At least one year of data entry experience preferred – training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Ability to remain focused and productive while performing highly repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a low error rate.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
