Product Marketing Specialist
TreviPay is seeking a creative and self-motivated Product Marketing Specialist to support go-to-market efforts across product, partnership, and client program launches. They will work to ensure messaging alignment, launch readiness, and post-launch performance tracking. This role is ideal for a marketer with approximately three years of experience in product marketing, market research, or a related field, who enjoys working in a cross-functional environment translating complex offerings into compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Launch Support & Execution

Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for:

New product launches

Strategic partnership rollouts

Client-specific program launches
-

Coordinate launch timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Manage the creation of launch assets (e.g., sales enablement materials, one-pagers, presentations, landing pages) by developing clear, actionable briefs for the Content squad and coordinating reviews with internal subject matter experts.
2. Partner Marketing (Channel and Client Partners)

Support go-to-market and marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including client and channel partners.

Events and field marketing activities

Co-marketing campaigns

Content co-creation and shared assets

Collaborate with the Content, Communications, and Demand Generation squads to support the execution of these initiatives.

Assist with gathering outside-in insights from partners and the market to help inform future messaging and program strategies.
3. Positioning & Market Insights

Support product and company positioning by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to refine narratives and ensure alignment across communication channels.

Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations for positioning and differentiation across verticals, personas, and use cases.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships teams to gather insights and align on launch goals.

Partner with the Communications, Content, and Demand Generation squads to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels and formats.

Create and maintain sales enablement assets to support product and program adoption.
5. Project Management

Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Use project management tools to track progress and communicate updates.
Preferred Qualifications:

Approximately 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, market research, strategic marketing, or related roles.

Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments is a plus.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
