The Data Entry & Production Associate
supports TreviPay’s data accuracy, printing, and card embossing operations. This role ensures the timely and accurate completion of daily workloads while maintaining a strong attention to detail, fostering collaboration, and adhering to service level standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, quality-focused, and eager to learn multiple processes that keep TreviPay’s operational systems running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
o
Accurately prepare, organize, and key electronic invoices, ensuring low error rates and timely completion.
o
Operate and maintain production printers, card embossers, and related equipment to meet daily output requirements.
o
Review work for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
o
Follow established SOPs and documentation, keeping clear notes for process consistency.
o
Collaborate with team members and cross-departmental partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
o
Communicate proactively with leadership on questions, issues, or process improvements.
o
Uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and security in all work.
o
Participate in ongoing training and development to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
o
Prior data entry, operations, or administrative experience preferred (1+ year).
o
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
o
Willingness to learn and operate new equipment and systems.
o
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
o
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
