The Senior Recruiter has primary accountability for partnering with HR Business Partners and internal Leadership to achieve HR objectives, through ownership of the full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups. 

In this role, you will be accountable for profiling, sourcing, screening and interviewing niche candidates up to and including the Director level as well as hiring decision participation and offer management through strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners and Client Leadership.  In addition, the Senior Recruiter may participate as a team member in strategic HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

This role works a hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
 
Key Responsibilities:
o   Work closely with leaders to understand their business strategy and staffing needs
o   Partner with hiring managers for full-cycle recruiting efforts, including identifying capability and knowledge requirements, sourcing a diverse slate of candidates, establishing valid candidate assessment processes and facilitating the offer and onboarding process.
o   Identify potential candidates through the use of LinkedIn searches, networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing, ATS database and social networking
o   Good judge of character; strong “recruiting intuition”.
o   Proven ability to work with key stakeholders to enhance employer brand in the marketplace to aide direct recruitment and support the Companies’ purpose and values.
o   Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organizations.
 
Requirements:
o   5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
o   Ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation and selection of talent
o   Proven expertise in customer relationship management
o   Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills
o   Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization (executive, professional, administrative)
o   Ability to be flexible, multitask and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
o   Team-orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
