We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Intelligent Automation team and play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and delivering secure, scalable automation solutions across Salesforce and related platforms. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role blends hands-on technical expertise, architecture leadership, and people management, overseeing a team of approximately 5 Salesforce administrators and automation developers working in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, enjoys staying ahead of technological trends, and excels at guiding teams toward technical excellence.
You will help shape our delivery frameworks, guide technical strategy, and ensure our cross-platform automation solutions meet business needs while aligning with architectural best practices. As we expand into new AI technologies, you will guide the team in identifying opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate business processes using AI tools and capabilities. You’ll be both a mentor and a technical driver — helping your team grow, maintaining high standards, and driving innovation across the Salesforce ecosystem and beyond.
