Data Operations Success Associate

As a key member of the TreviPay Data Administration team, the Data Processing Associate plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate data entry of electronic invoices across multiple programs at TreviPay. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly repetitive environment, is driven by precision, and can consistently deliver high-quality results under strict performance standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates a "quality over quantity" mindset while meeting demanding SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SLS (Service Level Standard) expectations.

Key Responsibilities
· Operate office equipment such as production printers, card embossers, card printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners to support business needs.
· Prepare, organize, and accurately manually key electronic invoices, consistently maintaining a low error rate per program.
· Prioritize accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all daily assignments are completed and reviewed before submission.
· Embody and promote TreviPay’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in all interactions and work processes.
· Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including program-specific SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and internal SLSs (Service Level Standards).
· Embrace change with a positive mindset and contribute to ongoing process improvements and team adaptability.
· Build effective cross-departmental relationships to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
· Demonstrate initiative by responding promptly to questions and proactively seeking opportunities to assist the team.
· Respond clearly and accurately to program, system, and process-related inquiries.
· Complete all assigned training on time and actively engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities.
· Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and security.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
· Relevant customer support experience or a combination of education and experience suitable for the role.
· Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience preferred – we are willing to train the right candidate.
· Strong desire to grow within the Data Processing field and genuine enthusiasm for the role.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and manage workload, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with moderate supervision while keeping leadership informed.
· High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
· Open to feedback and willing to take coaching for performance improvement.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Professional verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be able to occasionally lift or move office supplies and equipment (up to 10 lbs) and navigate within a typical office environment.
